Peeler Road

Front view of peeler road home. Natural brick with blue and cream accents

This project began with a modest 1960s ranch home — simple, sturdy, and full of untapped potential. Working alongside “The Calderaro Group,” the vision was to transform it into a charming cottage-style home that honored its original character while infusing it with contemporary comfort and style.

The exterior was thoughtfully updated by embracing the natural beauty of the existing brick, allowing its warm, earthy tones to become a defining feature of the home’s new identity. Clean landscaping and subtle architectural updates enhanced the cottage feel, creating an inviting first impression that felt timeless yet refreshed.

Inside, the layout was reimagined to create a more open, functional flow. The interiors blend contemporary elements with soft, natural textures to create a bright and airy atmosphere. Neutral palettes, warm wood accents, and carefully selected finishes brought a sense of cohesion and calm to the space. Modern lighting, updated cabinetry, and streamlined hardware subtly elevated the home’s style while keeping it approachable and livable.
